Job Responsibilities of Annealing (Spheroidizing) Operator
1. Retrieve materials from the warehouse according to the production work order;
2. Load the furnace appropriately based on coil diameter, secure and seal the furnace cover with tightening bolts to enhance sealing, connect water lines, evacuate to -5 kg/cm², record the pressure gauge reading, and set the spheroidizing annealing process parameters;
3. Check the pressure gauge reading after 30 minutes (to verify furnace sealing integrity); if the pressure remains stable, introduce nitrogen gas.
